The service

Geodify checks how websites present themselves to AI assistants and search crawlers, suggests fixes, and measures traffic, including visits from AI assistants. Free checks need no account; reports, analytics and site management need one.

What our scores are, and aren't

Scores and reports are automated assessments of public signals at the time of the check, together with answers from third-party AI models. They are guidance, not a guarantee. AI assistants and search engines decide on their own what to show, change how they work without notice, and don't publish everything they use. Some of what we check, such as llms.txt, is a proposed convention rather than an established standard. We don't promise any ranking, citation, traffic or sales result.

Your account

• Keep your email account secure: sign-in links go there.
• Only add and verify sites you own or are authorised to manage.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to overload, attack or scrape sites you don't control, or to get around our rate limits.
• Don't send spam or unlawful content through founder contact forms.
• Don't resell the service or its data without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, billing and renewals

Prices are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits and one-time purchases are described where you buy them. Refunds follow our refund policy. Free months and offers we grant end on the date shown in your account and don't renew unless you choose a paid plan.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your sites, content and analytics data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how.

Public score pages

We publish score pages for public websites based on their public content. Owners can claim a page, make it private, or request a takedown from the page itself, and we act on valid requests promptly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if a paid feature you rely on is removed, we'll give notice and a fair refund for the unused period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for decisions made by AI assistants, search engines or other third parties.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability) survive.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll try to resolve any dispute with you directly first; please write to us.
